Pinckney Templeton

A native of Gulfstream, Fla., Pinckney Templeton had the knack of putting the ball in the lacrosse net. During her four years, she accumulated 133 goals and added 21 assists for 154 points. Templeton was a two-time Empire 8 selection and RIT Senior Female Athlete of the Year in 2006. Templeton is the first women’s lacrosse player inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame. Academically, the Graphic Design major was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List three times and was a second team selection on the CoSIDA/ESPN All-Academic District I Team in 2006. She graduated with highest honors, boasting a 3.98 grade point average. Templeton set then school records for most goals (58) and points (65) in 2006 and was named RIT Athlete of the Week three times that season.
