Michele Halleran left her mark on the RIT softball diamond. In four seasons, the native of North Versailles, Pa. compiled a .429 batting average while setting school records of 21 home runs, 71 extra base hits, 128 runs batted in, 308 total bases and a .721 slugging percentage. Halleran was a three-time National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region selection. As a senior in 2001, Halleran hit .467 with 57 hits, seven homers and a school record 43 RBIs, helping lead the Tigers to a 32-9 record and their first NCAA Tournament berth in program history. Halleran, an information technology major ranks in the top-10 in 27 season and 15 career categories.
