ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT sophomore Derick Koen received an at-large invite to the NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Championships, announced Sunday. 
 
Koen earned the invite based on his 11^th place finish out of 176 runners at Saturday's NCAA Division III Niagara Region Championships.
 
The top-seven finishers not on a team qualifier were invited to run for a national championship next Saturday (Nov. 18) at Big Spring High School in Newville, Pennsylvania.
 
Saturday's men's race is scheduled for an 11:00 a.m. start. Check back later this week for links to follow Koen live during the race.
