ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT senior Hassan Eissa, graduate student Aleksei Bingham and senior Ben Beaudry were named to the 2022 US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA) All-Region Men's Cross Country Team.
 
The top-35 finishers from each of the nation's 10 regional championships garnered all-region recognition.
 
Eissa finished ninth at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Championships (Nov. 12) at Genesee Valley Park, covering the eight-kilometer course in 25:38.1. Bingham crossed the finish line 15th with a 25:51.9 clocking before Beaudry came across 18th in 26:08.0 to lead the Tigers to sixth-place out of 24 teams. 
 
Eissa also received an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Championship race, finishing 80th out of 292 runners last Saturday (Nov. 19) at Forest Akers East Golf Course in Lansing, Michigan.
