Jackson Burger wrapped up their season at the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships, Saturday.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Koen came in 109th overall, crossing the finish line in 25:21.4. The finish is the best for the senior after having placed 210th in last year's championships and 197th in 2023.
- Burger, making his NCAA national championship debut, placed 251st out of 291 finishers with a time of 26:31.6.
- Johns Hopkins' Emmanuel Leblond was the top finisher, running the course in 23:35.0.
- Wisconsin-La Crosse won the team title, scoring 82 points as Geneseo placed second (132) and Wartburg earned third (133).

Koen and Burger open the Indoor Track and Field season on Friday, Dec. 5 at the Nazareth Alumni Opener.
