Box Score GENESEO, NY – RIT (3-0) junior forward Christine Cataldo-Smith (Yardley, PA/Pennsbury) scored her fifth goal of the season in the 65th minute in a 1-0 win at No. 23 Geneseo Wednesday afternoon.
 
How it Happened

• Cataldo-Smith gave RIT a 1-0 in the 65th on her fifth goal of the season. She fired a penalty shot that Geneseo keeper, Molly Collins saved. Cataldo-Smith followed her shot and fired home the rebound.
• Junior goalkeeper Darcie Jones (Sinking Spring, PA/Wilson West Lawn) improved to 3-0 on the season, while senior Alyssa Salls (Plattsburgh, NY/Plattsburgh) made two saves in the second half.
• RIT's defense posted its third shut-out of the season.

 Game Notes

• RIT fired 10 shots, including five on target.
• The Tigers defense held the Knights to 10 shots, with only three on net.
• Collins took the loss in net for the Knights, making four saves.
