QUOTABLE
"We only entered our freshmen and sophomore runners in today's race, who have never competed for us," said head coach Dave Warth. "And boy did they run strong. This is a group of guys that really have a great upside and are going to be major contributors throughout the year. I really like the way they raced - they are very strong and determined. We had a lot of great kicks in the last 200 meters in a very nice team effort."
WHAT'S NEXT
RIT is schedule to compete next at the Yellowjacket Invitational, host by the University of Rochester at Genesee Valley Park on Saturday, Sept. 18, at 11:45 a.m.
