ROCHESTER, NY -- The RIT (4-3, 0-2 Liberty League) men's tennis team lost a hard-fought match to Union College, 6-3 in Liberty League action from RIT Tennis Courts Saturday afternoon.

RIT won took two points off of the Dutchmen in doubles competition. The team of Brennan Bull (Birmingham, MI/Birmingham Seaholm) and Verosh Jayanetti (Newark, DE/Newark Charter) defeated the team of Ioannis Binopoulos and Aidan O'Brien, 8-7 at first doubles, while Jake Wolicki (Canton, MA/Canton) and Jacob Meyerson (Cranston, RI/Cranston West) beat David Bond and Nick Weitzman, 8-4 at second doubles.

Bull was the Tigers lone point in singles, defeating Binopoulos, 1-6, 6-3, 6-1 at first singles.

RIT is scheduled to return to action on Saturday, April 17, when the Tigers host Hobart College at 11:00 a.m.
