ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Three RIT tennis players were named 2025-26 Academic All-District® honorees, as selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC). Junior
Kira Kronenberg and sophomore
Emily Greb were honored on the women's side and sophomore
Alexander Sinclair was the men's honoree.
A finance major, Sinclair, holds a 3.6 grade-point average. Sinclair was a First Team All-Liberty League Doubles selection. He and partner
Yu Tanimoto led the league with 18 wins. A Liberty League All-Academic selection, Sinclair and Tanimoto led the league with a 15-3 record at first doubles earning an automatic bid into the 2026 NCAA Division III Championships.
Kronenberg holds a 3.79 grade-point average majoring in interior design and psychology. Kronenberg was an Honorable Mention All-Liberty League Singles selection. She recorded an 11-10 record in singles, finishing ninth in the Liberty League with a .429 winning percentage. A two-time Liberty League All-Academic selection, Kronenberg was tied for fourth with six wins in second singles. A Second-Team Doubles selection, Kronenberg recorded a 10-7 record.
Greb holds a 3.83 grade-point average majoring in software engineering. Greb finished with 10 wins in singles competition. An Honorable Mentions All-Liberty League selection, Greb finished eighth in the league with a .429 winning percentage. She teamed up with Kronenberg to earn Second Team All-Liberty League Doubles honors.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Tennis teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Eligible student-athletes must compete in 90 percent of or start at least 66 percent of an institution's matches, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and reach sophomore athletic and academic standing at the school.
