POUGHKEEPSIE, NY - The RIT men's tennis team (5-10) has its 2012-13 season ended in the quarterfinals of the 2013 Liberty League Championship Tournament on Saturday. RIT, seeded sixth, fell to third-seeded Rensselaer (16-3) by a score of 5-1 from Josselyn Courts on the campus of Vassar.

The second doubles team of Clayton Tontarski (Rochester, NY/Rush-Henrietta) and Kevin Layer (Clarence, NY/Clarence) recorded RIT's lone win, defeating Will Dickie and Sherman Uyeno by a score of 8-4. Rensselaer was able to win at first and third doubles, then secure wins at second, fourth, and fifth singlesd to win the match.
