ROCHESTER, NY -- The RIT men's tennis team (6-7) swept Union College (2-5) by a score of 6-0 in a Liberty League contest on Saturday Afternoon.
 
In doubles action, the team of Clayton Tontarski (Rochester, NY/Rush-Henrietta) and Larry Hall (Fairport, NY/Fairport) defeated Dan Nault and Shaun Champaneria 8-2 in first doubles.
 
The team of Neville Billimoria and Tennyson Saucedo (Pittsford, NY/Pittsford Sutherland) defeated Andrew Schwartz and Grant Zaccareo 8-3 in second doubles.
 
Finishing up doubles, the team of Amos Baptiste (Brooklyn, NY/Midwood) and Jake Stocker (Cassville, NY/Sauquoit Valley) defeated Lin Xing and John Volpe 8-5 in third doubles, to bring the Tigers to 3-0 in doubles action.
 
RIT next plays at University of Rochester in non-conference action on Wednesday, April 18 at 4 p.m.
