ROCHESTER, NY -- The RIT men's tennis team (4-4) fell to Roberts Wesleyan (9-6) 8-1 on Thursday at the RIT Tennis Courts.

The lone winner for the Tigers was the duo of Tennyson Saucedo (Pittsford, NY/Pittsford Sutherland) and Neville Bilimoria (Mumbai/Schiller International), who defeated German Michaylyszyn and Enrique Flores 8-4 at second doubles.

The top-three singles for the Tigers all pushed their matches to three sets.  Clayton Tontarski (Rochester, NY/Rush-Henrietta) pushed his first singles match against Beka Buchukuri to three sets after winning the first 6-4.  Saucedo took Julio Toledo to three sets, while Bilimoria took Michaylyszyn to a deciding set.

The Tigers are back in action on Sunday, March 25, when they travel to Poughkeepsie, N.Y., for their first Liberty League contest of the year, against Vassar.
