• Finished second for the Tigers with 304 faceoff wins.
• Scored first goal of the season and won 13-of-19 faceoffs in 3-2 win at Holy Cross (Oct. 27).
• Scored short-handed tallies in 6-2 win vs. Robert Morris (Dec. 2) and 5-2 win at AIC (Dec. 9) during six-game point-scoring streak.
• Goal, assist and 12-of-16 faceoff wins in 4-4 tied at Niagara (Feb. 1).
• Overtime game-winning goal to go along with an assist in 7-6 OT win at Mercyhurst (Feb. 9).
• Goal and 10-of-15 faceoff wins in 5-1 victory over Robert Morris (Mar. 9) in AHA Tournament Quarterfinals.

• Appeared in 26 games during his rookie season.
• Totaled 12 points on six goals and six assists.
• First career goal proved to be the game-winner in an 8-5 win over Union (Oct. 15) while kicking of a season-high six-game point streak.
• Scored goals in back-to-back outings at Air Force (Oct. 20-21)
• Totaled three assists during two-game sweep vs. Holy Cross (Oct. 28-29).
• Assisted the GWG in the 3-2 win at AIC (Nov. 6).
• Added a goal and an assist during 10-4 win at Canisius (Dec. 3).
BEFORE RIT
• Attended Ecole Secondaire De Mortagne and played for the Ottawa Jr. Senators of the CCHL.
• Finished sixth in CCHL 2021-22 season with 67 points and tied for fourth in assists with 45.

• Nickname: "Izzy"
• Son of Patrick Isabelle and Francine Paquet
• Brother of Philip Isabelle
• His father served with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
• Started playing hockey at the age of four because his older brother played and he looked up to him.
• Favorite athletic memory: Winning the Bogart Cup in 2022 after almost a year without competitive hockey because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Says his father has had the biggest influence on his playing career- has coached Simon since he was four and taught him to be both a good hockey player and a good person.
• Best advice ever received: "Have fun every time I play hockey." He received it from his father.
• Wears number 12 because Jan. 12 is both his birthday and the birthday of his best friend
• Hobbies include golf and ball hockey.
• Favorite professional team: Montreal Canadiens
