ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT women's track & field team competed at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup on Saturday at the Golisano Training Center, finishing ninth out of 15 teams with 18 points.
Senior
Samantha Crisci paced the Tigers on the track, placing eighth in both the 200 meters (27.22) and 400 meters (1:01.02). RIT also recorded a ninth‑place finish in the 4x400‑meter relay (4:29.87).

Micah Gordley led RIT in the distance events, finishing sixth in the 3000 meters (10:54.24), while first‑year
Juliana Cavanaugh placed 10th. Sophomore
Daniella Malanga added a solid effort in the 800 meters.
In the field events, first‑year
Christella Leukeu finished fourth in the shot put (12.52m), while first‑year
Nora Tighe placed eighth in the shot put and seventh in the weight throw (14.02m). First‑year
Alyssa Kelleher added points with an eighth‑place finish in the pole vault (3.02m).
