COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The RIT women's track & field team finished the two-day AARTFC Outdoor Track & Field Championships by finishing 16th out of 64 teams, Thursday.
 
The Tigers scored 20 points as Rochester ran away with 70 points. SUNY Delhi placed second with 46 points and Ithaca took third with 40 points.
 
 
THURSDAY HIGHLIGHTS

• In the 100m finals, Kulp came in sixth place, crossing the finish line in 12.32 seconds.
• The 4x800m Relay team placed fifth with a combined time of 9:40.54.
• In the field events, first-year Christella Leukeu earned sixth place in the shot put with a distance of 13.30m in addition to placing 11th in the discus (39.75m).

 
WEDNESDAY HIGHLIGHTS

• Senior Rachel Kulp earned a spot in Thursday's 100m finals after placing seventh in the prelims with a time of 12.20 seconds. Kulp also earned seventh overall in the long jump with a distance of 5.52m.
• In the 3,000m Steeplechase, junior Eva Reily and Rachel Ladd placed fourth (11:31.30) and sixth (11:40.58), respectively.
