COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. – The RIT women's track & field team completed the first day of competition at the AARTFC Outdoor Track & Field Championships by finishing 14th out of 64 teams, Wednesday.
The Tigers scored 10 points as Rochester leads the field with 30 points.
Thursday's events are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m.
WEDNESDAY HIGHLIGHTS
- Senior Rachel Kulp earned a spot in Thursday's 100m finals after placing seventh in the prelims with a time of 12.20 seconds. Kulp also earned seventh overall in the long jump with a distance of 5.52m.
- In the 3,000m Steeplechase, junior Eva Reily and Rachel Ladd placed fourth (11:31.30) and sixth (11:40.58), respectively.
