Arbegast, Georgia completes season at NCAA Cross Country National Championships

SPARTANGBURG, S.C. – Juniors Kathryn Arbegast and Therese Georgia finished the season at the NCAA Division III Cross Country National Championships, Saturday.
 
Both runners were making their first appearance in the national championship race.  
 
HOW IT HAPPENED
  • Arbegast placed 60th overall with a time of 22:21.0 as Georgia placed 242nd with a 24:04.7 clocking.
  • Middlebury's Audrey Maclean was the top finisher out of 290 runners, crossing the finish line in 20:16.8.
  • NYU won the team title after scoring 79 points, followed by Williams (106) and Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (133).
 
WHAT'S NEXT
Arbegast and Georgia open the Indoor Track and Field season on Friday, Dec. 5 at the Nazareth Alumni Opener.
