HOW IT HAPPENED
- Firing away early, junior midfielder Olivia Harris took a shot in the second minute that was saved by Vassar goalkeeper Teresa Zimmer
- In the 26th minute, sophomore midfielder Sam Tran fired a shot from outside the box that was missed high
- Two consecutive shots were taken by sophomore midfielder Elena Onodera and first-year midfielder Anya Sander in the 75th minute, both shots were saved by Vassar's Zimmer
- The Tigers' last scoring opportunity came in the 82nd when Onodera took a shot inside the box that was saved in the top right corner of the goal
GAME NOTES
- RIT out-shot Vassar, 11-9, with four shots being on-target
- Sophomore goalkeeper Emily Sanchez faced three shots in goal
- The Tigers' tie puts them in second place in the Liberty League standings
