Shawn Wilkins of the two-time Division III national champion RIT men's lacrosse team represented Team Canada in the 2022 U-21 World Lacrosse Championship in Limerick, Ireland. They helped Team Canada to the silver medal after a loss to the United States in Saturday's finals.
Grace handed out an assist in Canada's 19-1 win over Australia in the semifinal. He recorded an assist and scooped up a ground ball in Canada's 13-1 win over England, and had three ground balls in Canada's 14-6 win over Haudenosaunee. He capped off the championship with a goal and a ground ball in the title game against the United States.
Canada opened the tournament with a 7-5 loss to the United States, but went undefeated throughout the rest of the tournament until the championship. They defeated Australia 18-3, England 13-1, and Haudenosaunee 14-6 in pool play. Canada met the host country, Ireland, in the quarterfinals with a 17-7 win and defeated Australia 19-1 in semi-finals.
