ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The RIT women's track & field team finished third at the 2021 Liberty League West Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Saturday, hosted by Rochester.
Three Tigers registered first-place finishes while multiple athletes posted qualifying times for the Atlantic Region Championships on May 19.
- Harley Wilson (Bel Air, MD/Bel Air) won her third career title in the 400 hurdles (1:03.61) while also adding legs to the runner-up 4x400 (4:04.89) and third-place 4x100 (50.26) relays.
- Danielle Wallace (East Chatham, NY/Chatham) finished first in the steeplechase with a 11:37.44 clocking, besting her personal record by over 20 seconds.
- Colleen Eckl (Pittsford, NY/Pittsford Mendon) won the triple jump (11.44m/37' 6.5") besting her program record and PR by over three inches.
- Marissa Dispenza (Batavia, NY/Batavia) set a PR (15.04) with her runner-up finish in the 100 hurdles, finished second to Wilson in the 400 hurdles (1:06.31) and added a leg to the runner-up 4x400 relay.
