Brindak earned 2008 All-Empire 8 first team honors after finishing fourth among all Empire runners and 25th overall at the 26-team RPI Invitational on Saturday at Saratoga Spa State Park.  Brindak completed the 8,000-meter course in 26:13.84.  It is his first All-Empire 8 honor.
