In addition to Thering's honors, RIT placed junior defenseman Jonathan Manley on the First-Team All-Empire 8, junior middie Ryan Neward on the Second Team and honorable mention accolades went to junior attackman Chris Copeland, Thering, junior defender Mike Lachut and junior goalie Jon Sinclair.
