ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Five members of the RIT baseball team were named to the 2026 Liberty League Baseball All-Conference team, announced Tuesday.

Dylan Joseph and
Max Matteucci, seniors
Jarin Moses and
Jackson Rusiecki, and sophomore
Ryan Moran were all named to the First Team after guiding the Tigers to the Liberty League Tournament title this past weekend.
Moran leads the conference in wins with a 7-0 record after playing in 10 games, including five starts. He also has a Liberty League-best 1.93 ERA through 46.2 innings. Moran has 29 strikeouts and just 12 walks while allowing eight extra base hits and no home runs.
Moses has played and started all 36 games this season and has a .345 batting average. The senior has 32 runs and 35 RBIs off 49 hits, including 14 extra base hits and seven home runs. Defensively, the second baseman is currently ranked sixth in the conference with fielding 21 double plays.
Rusiecki is batting .368 in 31 games this season. The outfielder has a team-high 41 RBIs off 49 hits and has scored 32 runs. Rusiecki has hit five home runs, 12 doubles, and three triples.
Matteucci holds a team-high .409 batting average and a .761 slugging percentage as a designated hitter. The graduate student has hit six home runs and 13 doubles while driving in 34 runs in just 23 games.
Joseph has pitched in 14 games this season and has a 6-0 record to go along with a 2.06 ERA, which ranks second in the Liberty League. The graduate student has allowed just three extra base hits through 48.0 innings. The reliever has thrown 41 strikeouts and allowed 12 walks and leads the conference with a .182 opposing batting average.
After winning the conference championship this past Saturday, RIT is set to open the NCAA Division III Tournament against Rowan on Friday (May 15) at 11 a.m. in Gorham, Maine.
