SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The RIT women's rowing team competed at the Liberty League Championships on Fish Creek, Friday.
The Tigers' Varsity 4+ team medaled after taking first in their race with a time of 8:26, beating out the boat from William Smith by eight seconds (8:32).
In the opening heat of the Varsity 8+ races, the Tigers took third, crossing the finish line in 7:43 before taking fifth (7:19.) in the final.
The Tigers' Second Varsity 8+ boat came in sixth (8:12) in their seven-team race.
