SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – The RIT men's rowing team took part in the Liberty League Championship on Fish Creek in Saratoga Springs, Friday.
In the Varsity 8+ race, RIT finished sixth (6:48), just three seconds behind St. Lawarence (6:45) and 10 seconds off the third-place boat from Union.
The Second Varsity 8+ team placed fourth with a time of 7:13 to beat out Union (7:17) by four seconds.
The Tigers' Varsity 4+ boat wrapped up the day with a third-place result with a time of 7:58.
