ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT junior Jack DeFeo was named the Liberty League Men's Track Performer of the Week announced by the conference, Monday (March 9).
 
DeFeo helped RIT to a fifth-place finish at the AARTFC Indoor Championships over the weekend with a pair of record-setting performances. The junior placed third in the 400m with a program-record setting time of 48.12 seconds. He also ran the anchor leg in the 4x400, which finished second overall with a time of 3:14.59, which is also a program-record. The 400m result is the 26th fastest time in Division III, while the 4x400 time ranks 20th.
