ITHACA, N.Y. – RIT first-year guard Ella Wilson leads the Tigers with 12 points as the women's basketball team falls to Ithaca, 79-52, Tuesday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
  • A three-pointer from Wilson gives the Tigers an early 3-2 lead
  • Ithaca regains the lead after a made layup at 7:29 in the first
  • Junior guard Kaitlyn Bockelman sinks a three with 55 seconds left in the quarter, followed by a made layup from senior guard Emma Waite on the next possession, putting the Tigers within two
  • Ithaca has a 17-13 lead after the first quarter
  • The second quarter starts with a made jumper by Waite, followed by a driving layup from sophomore guard Ansley Orrell, tying the game at 17 all with 9:19 left in the quarter
  • Ithaca outscores RIT 20-12 in the remainder of the quarter, putting the Tigers down by eight at the half
