BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The RIT men's track and field team competed in Brockport's Golden Eagle Invitational at the Special Events Recreation Center, Saturday.

• First-year Jack DeFeo won the 500 with a time of 1:06.79
• Graduate student Aidan Hughes placed first in the weight throw with a distance of 15.61m
• First-year Trent Gobble won the triple jump with a distance of 13.10m
• Senior Justin Jantzi placed third in the 60 (7.17)
• First-year Erich Brown finished third in the high jump with a height of 1.81m
• Senior Yohermry Kpodo placed third in the shot put (13.47m) followed by sophomore Dean Bartels (13.24m)

The Tigers return to competition next Friday (Jan. 26) hosting the first RIT Friday Meet of the year at Gordon Field House.
