ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT sophomore swimmer Anna Peshenko was named the Liberty League Co-Swimmer of the Year announced by the league, Monday.
 
Peshenko won three individual events at the Liberty League Championships in February. She won the 400 IM in a program-record time of 4:27.6 and took home league titles in the 100 and 200 breaststrokes. Peshenko competed at the NCAA Championships for the second straight year, qualifying for the 400 IM and swam the 100 and 200 breaststrokes.
 
RIT finished with a 9-3 record in dual meets and placed fourth at the Liberty League Championships.
