ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT senior forward Cody Laskosky was named the Atlantic Hockey Player of the Week, Monday.
 
Laskosky totaled two goals and an assist in Friday's 4-2 victory over Sacred Heart. He tallied a power-play goal to break a 1-1 tie in the 14^th minute of the second period and later assisted what proved to be the game-winning goal with 2:01 left in the second.
 
The following night, Laskosky pulled the Tigers within on, 3-2, with under eight minutes left in regulation, before the Pioneers later tacked on a pair of empty-net tallies in Saturday's 5-2 setback.
 
RIT travels to Atlantic Hockey-rival Holy Cross for a two-game set this Friday and Saturday (Oct. 27-28). Both games are set for 7:05 p.m. face-offs.
