ROCHESTER, N.Y. - Sophomore goalkeeper Jason Trapp was named Liberty League Men's Soccer Defensive Performer of the Week, announced Monday.

Trapp made 10 saves and allowed one goal last week, recording a 0.50 goals against average and a .909 save percentage in two games. Trapp made six saves in Thursday's 1-1 draw against Brockport, and recorded four stops in the Tigers 0-0 draw at Marietta, Sunday.

RIT is scheduled to return to action on Saturday (Sept. 10) at Geneseo at 1:00 p.m.
