ROCHESTER, N.Y. – RIT Athletics has announced a new partnership with Enduraphin, naming the performance nutrition company the Official Protein Partner of RIT Athletics.

The partnership will enhance RIT Athletics' commitment to student-athlete fueling, recovery and nutrition education while expanding the resources available to Tigers as they train, compete and recover.

"At RIT, we are always looking for meaningful ways to invest in our student-athletes and provide them with the resources they need to be successful," said Jacqueline Nicholson, Executive Director of Intercollegiate Athletics. "Our partnership with Enduraphin is another step forward in how we approach performance, recovery and overall student-athlete well-being. We're excited about what this partnership will bring to our Tigers."

As part of the partnership, Enduraphin products will be incorporated into the RIT Athletics Fueling Station, providing student-athletes with additional fueling options within Athletics' performance environment. Enduraphin will also have opportunities for approved product sampling and displays within the Fueling Station. The partnership extends beyond product. Enduraphin will provide an annual nutrition seminar led by a registered dietitian, giving RIT student-athletes and Athletics staff access to additional education surrounding nutrition and fueling.

"We want our student-athletes to understand that how they fuel and recover is an important part of how they prepare to compete," Nicholson said. "This relationship gives us an opportunity to pair quality products with education and make nutrition an even more intentional part of the RIT student-athlete experience."

Enduraphin will also become the presenting sponsor of the RIT Student-Athlete of the Week.
