BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The RIT track & field teams competed at the Brockport Invitational, Friday. The majority of the meet was cut short due to inclement weather conditions. 

• Freshman Ben Sheehan won the long jump with a 7.02m/23' 0.5" performance.
• Senior Nick John won the pole vault with a 4.40m/14' 5.25" mark.
• Two Tigers finished runner-up on the women's side, including graduate student Tirzah Pilet in the discus (35.88m/117' 8") and junior Catherine Fox in the pole vault Catherine Fox (3.20m/10' 6").

The teams are next scheduled to complete at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic next Saturday (Arp. 23) starting at 9:00 a.m.
