TROY, NY -- The RIT (8-15, 5-11 Liberty League) men's basketball team was defeated 76-64 at Rensselaer (20-3, 15-1 Liberty League) in Liberty League action from ECAV Arena Saturday afternoon.

RIT shot 50.0 percent from the floor on 24-of-48 shooting. The Tigers went 8-of-20 from beyond the arc, and went 8-of-10 from the foul line. Curtis Nesbit (Woodbridge, NJ/Woodbridge) led RIT with 17 points. Keegan Ocorr (Fairport, NY/Charles Finney) tallied 15 points, while Kevin Ryan (Rochester, NY/Pittsford Sutherland) finished with 14 points.

Dom Black led Rensselaer with 17 points. Patrick Mahoney tallied 16 points and 11 rebounds for the Engineers who shot 46.0 percent from the floor.

RIT returns to action on Friday, Feb. 22, when the Tigers host Skidmore College in Liberty League action from Clark Gym at 7:30 p.m.
