GENESEO, NY – The RIT men's track and field team sent a group of student-athletes to SUNY Geneseo for the Geneseo Warmest Day of the Week Invitational on Thursday afternoon. A five-team meet, standouts from RIT, University of Rochester, SUNY Geneseo and Nazareth looked for personal bests. The Tigers recorded 175 team points to place first overall.
RIT's 4 x 100-meter relay team of
Matthew Lienhard (Allentown, PA/Allentown Central Catholic),
Max Gloskey (Webster, NY/Webster Thomas),
Jeff Walter (Buffalo, NY/St. Francis) and
Curtis Geiger (Allentown, PA/Emmaus) smashed their own school mark, set at Geneseo on March 29, recording a tremendous time of 41.41 seconds, which is currently the fifth fastest in all of Division III this season
