CANTON, NY - The RIT women's swimming and diving team (2-2) had its two-meet winning streak snapped, falling to host St. Lawrence Universityby a score of 133-108 at the Augsbury Pool on Saturday afternoon.
The Tigers opened the meet in fine fashion, as the 200-yard medley relay team of #
Brenna Woodling (Williamsville, NY/Williamsville East)#, #
Megan O'Connor (Spring City, PA/Owen J. Roberts)#, Genna Senecal, and #
Katie Baldwin (Phelps, NY/Midlakes)# emerged victorious in a time of 1:57.18.
Senecal was RIT's lone victor in swimming events on the afternoon, taking the 200-yard butterfly in a time of 2:18.55. She was also second in the 400-yard individual medley with a time of 5:02.77.

Sam Huselstein (Olean, NY/Olean) won both the 1- and 3- meter diving events on the afternoon. She won the 1-meter with a score of 210.00 and took the 3-meter with a score of 215.70. (Endicott, NY/Maine Endwell)Katie Hardy ( Clarence, NY/Clarence)# took second in both events.
Baldwin was second in both the 50-free (25.86 seconds) and 100-free (56.63 seconds), while #
Colleen Manning (Farmingdale, NY/St. Anthony's)# took second in the 200-backstroke (2:22.43) and Woodling finished second in the 500-freestyle (5:33.74).
The Tigers are back home for the next two weekends. On Nov. 16, RIT hosts LeMoyne at 1 p.m. and on Nov. 23 take on Fredonia State University, also at 1 p.m.
