2017-18: Served as one of RIT’s three captains … competed in several sprint events … won three races and was a top-three finisher 16 times … took first in the 50-yard backstroke against the University of Rochester … had RIT’s third-best time in the 50-yard backstroke (29.56) and 100-yard backstroke (1:02.37) … earned Liberty League All-Academic Team honors for maintaining a 3.30 grade-point average.

2016-17: Competed in several short and middle distance events … served as a team captain … was a part of the 400-yard medley relay team that set a new school record of 3:54.78 and the 800-yard freestyle relay team that set a new record of 7:48.16 at the UNYSCSA Championships … also placed fifth in two individual events at states … was named the RIT Female Athlete of the Week, Nov. 7 … had six victories and 18 top-three finishes … set a new personal best time in the 100-yard freestyle (58.85).

Before RIT: Swam at Williamsville East High School ... state qualifier in 2011 and 2012 ... holds the school record in the 100-yard backstroke ... scholar athlete honorable mention in 2013.

Personal: Biomedical engineering major ... daughter of Kathleen Edman and Marc Woodling ... has four siblings: Bailey, Brayden, Brette, and Zac.
