ROCHESTER, N.Y. - The RIT women's swimming and diving team (4-3) fell to the University of Rochester by a score of 194-94 on Saturday afternoon. On Sunday, four RIT divers competed at the Dick Comanzo Memorial Invitational hosted by Ithaca.
The Tigers claimed the top two spots in the 100-yard butterfly with
Jill Sirkis (Fairless Hills, PA/Pennsbury) finishing in 1:01.09 trailed by #
Rachael Mallory (Rochester, NY/Rush-Henrietta)# who posted a time of 1:03.65. The squad was also strong in the 200-yard individual medley, grabbing the top three positions. #
Colleen Manning (Farmingdale, NY/St. Anthony's)# won the event in a time of 2:23.44, followed by teammates Sairkis and #
Britney Merriman (Delhi, NY/Delware Academy)# who posted times of 2:23.77 and 2:32.77 respectively.

Kelsey Schaefer (Berea, OH/Berea)# and Manning won the 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:45.09. The Tigers finished 1-2-3 in the event.
On Sunday, #
Sam Huselstein (Olean, NY/Olean)# placed fifth in both the 1- and 3-meter events. She recorded a score of 373.30 in the 1-meter, then had a score of 411.50 in the 3-meter.
The Tigers return to action on Feb. 2 when they travel to Nazareth for a 1 p.m. meet.
