ROCHESTER, NY -- The RIT women's swimming and diving team was defeated 251-102 by SUNY New Paltz, and 273-83 versus SUNY Geneseo in tri-meet action from Judson Pool this weekend. New Paltz defeated Geneseo 180.5-159.5.

Kelsey Schaefer (Berea, OH/Berea)#, #
Caitlin Foster (Bath, ME/Morse)#, #
Jenna Hoffman (Rochester, NY/Greece Athena)#, and #
Katie Baldwin (Phelps, NY/Midlakes)# were third in the 200-yard freestyle relay, coming home in a time of 1:43.46.
Hoffman was fifth in the 100-backstroke with a time of 1:03.69.

Colleen Manning (Farmingdale, NY/St. Anthony's)#, #
Rachael Mallory (Rochester, NY/Rush-Henrietta)#, and #
Krystal Mitich (Mesa, AZ/Red Mountain)# were fifth in the 800-yard freestyle Relay in a time of 8:32.35.
Baldwin was fifth in the 100-yard breaststroke in a time of 1:11.90.
On Saturday, Baldwin won the 50-yard freestyle finishing in a time of 24.96. She was second in the 100-yard freestyle finishing in a time of 55.64.
Hoffman was third in the 200-yard backstroke in a time of 2:18.28.
The team of Baldwin, Foster, Schaefer, and Hoffman were fourth in the 400-yard freestyle relay, finishing in a time of 3:50.94.
The Tigers are off until January 26 when they travel down East River Road to face the University of Rochester at 1 p.m.
