BROCKPORT, NY - The RIT baseball team (12-11) dropped its second straight contest, 13-6 to SUNY Brockport (16-9) on Wednesday afternoon.  Geoff Dornes (Landsville, PA/Hempfield) became RIT's all-time leader with his 14th career triple in the loss.

SUNY Brockport scored in six of eight innings.

Dornes was 2-for-3 with his record-setting triple, two RBI and a run scored.  Justin Smith (Livonia, NY/Livonia) was 2-for-5 with a run scored and run batted in.  Ryan Campbell (Brockport, NY/Brockport) WAS 2-for-4 with a run scored and a stolen base.

Dan Schuster (Livonia, NY/Livonia) took the loss for RIT on the mound. 

Matt Keado was 3-for-4 with four runs scored and two runs batted in for SUNY Brockport.

RIT returms to action on Saturday with a doubleheader at Empire 8 foe Ithaca.  The twin-bill begins at 1 p.m.
