OSWEGO, NY -- The RIT women's swimming and diving team began the 2009-10 campaign with a 148-95 loss at SUNY Oswego on Tuesday evening.

Caitlyn Burr (Delhi, NY/Delaware Academy) picked up RIT's first win of the night in the 200-yard freestyle. The senior took first in a time of 1:57.83.  She also picked up a win in the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 59.81.

Rachel Redfearn (Marshfield, MA/Sacred Heart) picked up a win in the 100-yard freestyle in a time of 58.14.

RIT will face SUNY Fredonia on Saturday, October 31 at 1pm at the Judson Pool.
