Stevens begins his third year as the Assistant AD for Scheduling and Event Management in 2024-25 in a role created through the NCAA Strategic Matching Alliance Grant. In this role he is charged with game and event management for RIT's 22 Division III and two Division I sports and facility operations.

Stevens in an active member of CEFMA and participated in the NCAA DIII Administrative Advancement Institute in 2023 and is currently serving a four-year term (2024-2028) on the NCAA Division III Strategic Matching Alliance Grant Committee.

Stevens spent three years working locally at Securitas, Inc., an industry-leading security and protective services company, including the last two as an operations manager.

Stevens was previously a standout running back in the European Football League, playing a starring role in Finland, Poland and Denmark from 2015-19. Selected the All-Greater Rochester Player of the Year at nearby Gates Chili High School in 2008, he graduated as the Spartans' all-time leading rusher with 3,934 yards and 35 TDs before going on to make 22 appearances for the NCAA Division I (BCS) University of Maine Black Bears.

Stevens received a degree in communication with a minor in coaching/teaching from Maine in 2014.
