AHA All-Academic Team
PRIOR TO RIT
• Transferred from New Hampshire after totaling 35 points (13G/22A) in 82 games during his four years as a Wildcat.
• Scored a power-play goal on a season-high five shots in 4-3 win at RIT (Nov. 25, 2023) after logging an assist in 5-4 loss to the Tigers the previous night.
• Three-time Hockey East All-Academic Team member
• Graduated with a finance degree
• Played in 42 games and scored 40 points (17G/23A) for the Wenatchee Wild (BCHL) in 2019-20.
• Attended Cushing Academy in 2018-19, winning Offensive Player of the Year honors after posting 45 points (18G/27A) in 33 games
• Three-year member of the varsity hockey team at Austin Prep where he totaled 32 goals and 43 assists for 75 points
• Also played baseball at Austin Prep, garnering league all-star honors and serving as team captain in 2017-18 during team’s run to first state championship.

• Nicholas Robert Cafarelli is the son of Bobby and Anita Cafarelli
• Has three brothers (Cody, Joey and Anthony) and two sisters (Natalia and Sabrina)
• Born in Boston, Mass.
• Older brother, Joey, serves in the U.S. Navy
• Younger brother, Anthony, plays hockey at Utica College
• Enjoys playing golf, paddle ball and spending time with family and friends in his spare time.
• Best advice received – “It goes by quick so don't take a day off and bring your best everyday.”
• Credits his father as having the most influence on his playing career – “Even though he never played hockey he was always pushing my work ethic and guiding me through being a good teammate.”
• Started playing hockey at four-years old after playing knee hockey with his brothers.
