Prior to RIT: Played varsity volleyball at Homer High School … earned All-New York State honorable mention accolades in 2007 and 2008 … named team Most Improved Player in 2008 … slammed 631 kills to go along with 526 assists and 286 aces in her high school career.

Personal: Science major … born Dec. 1, 1990, in Syracuse, N.Y. … daughter of Peggy Brown.
