Diane Williams


Diane Williams begins her first season as an assistant coach at RIT. Williams brings over 15 years of coaching and mentoring experience to the RIT bench having worked at the collegiate and high school levels.

Williams served as the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Nazareth College from 1998-2007. She led the Golden Flyers to six consecutive post-season appearances, and was named Rochester Area College Athletics Women’s Basketball Coach of the Year.

Williams earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Cortland majoring in Psychology/Sociology. She went on to earn a masters degree from SUNY Geneseo in Recreation Management.

She has her teaching certification in Physical Education and is working as an adjunct instructor in the Wellness department at RIT. Williams also owns a home-based Internet marketing business, and works as a basketball and soccer official in Section V.
