• Played 33 games, totaling 10 points on three goals and seven assists.
• Also blocked 18 shots.
• First career goal proved to be the game-winner in 5-2 win at AIC (Dec. 9)
• Second-career goal was also a game-winner in 6-3 win at Robert Morris (Jan. 19).
• Assisted a goal and blocked a career-high three shots in 5-4 victory over New Hampshire (Nov. 24).
• Tallied a goal, an assist and blocked a shot in 7-6 OT win at Mercyhurst (Feb. 9).
• Logged an assist in 6-3 setback to Boston University in NCAA Tournament Regional Semifinal (Mar. 28).

• Season-high four blocked shots in 4-0 shutout of Bentley (Feb. 17).

PRIOR TO RIT
• Helped the New Mexico Ice Wolves to the NAHL Southern Division Championship and a runner-up finish in the Robertson Cup in 2021-22
• Finished 13th among the league's defensemen with 36 points and was 11th with 30 assists, including 14 on the power-play which tied for the sixth-highest total
• Played two seasons of junior hockey in Sweden in the SuperElit League for Mora and AIK
PERSONAL
• Karl Johan Gustav Blom was born in Stockholm, Sweden
• Son of Johanna and Johannes Blom, also has two younger brothers - Vilhlm and Julius
• Previously volunteered with the Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico
• Best advice received, "Become one practice better, not one practice older."
• Enjoys paddle tennis, golfing, beach volleyball and sailing in his spare time
• Received his first pair of skates at two-years old and has loved hockey ever since
• Fan of the Boston Bruins and Tampa Bay Lightning (his dogs are named after them) and Niklas Lidström
• Wears the number five in honor of the five members of his family
