Biography
2004-05 Season: Stepped right in as a junior transfer and proved to be a valuable addition at the point guard position … played in all 28 games … averaged 3.8 points and 1.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game … scored a season-high 19 points and grabbed eight rebounds, while shooting 7-for-10 from the floor in a 75-68 overtime win over Utica, 1/29 … dished out six assists in win over Elmira, 1/22 … shot respectable 43.8 percent from the floor … scored in 20 different contests.
High School: Played point guard for head coach Larry King at Maine-Endwell … recorded over 1,000 career points … third all-time in scoring, second in assists … was a two-year All-Metro selection … three-time All-Conference pick … team captain and MVP.
Personal: Played two seasons at Broome Community College from 2002-04 … Packaging Science major … son of Darceia and Tim Springer.
