Before RIT: Played four seasons of varsity basketball at Arcola High School … earned All-Little Okaw Valley Conference second team honors twice … won the team’s best defensive player award two straight seasons … led team to a 19-7 record as a senior … averaged 7.9 points and 4.3 rebounds per game, while leading Arcola in free throw shooting as a senior … won the Julee Arthur Memorial Award … also played varsity volleyball, softball, and ran track.
