ROCHESTER, N.Y. - RIT received the automatic bid and will play Elmhurst University in the second round of the 2026 NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Tournament as the 40-team field was announced Sunday night.
 
RIT will play the Blue Jays at Seagull Stadium on the campus of Salisbury University on Saturday, May 9 at 6:30 p.m. 
  
The Tigers (15-4) won their 13th Liberty League Tournament title, Sunday against Union. RIT, the 2021 and 2022 national Champions, will make its 16th-consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance and 27th in program history.
