Kate Trojan tied her career-high scoring four goals to lead the Tigers to an 11-9 win at RPI, Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Quinn Wollard scored a woman-up goal with 11:58 remaining in the first quarter to give RPI the lead.
- Ava Gilardone gave the Engineers a 2-0 before Wollard scored her second goal of the quarter to extend RPI's lead to 3-0.
- Beckett Houston gave RPI a 4-0 lead on her goal with 7:46 to play in the first quarter.
- Trojan scored off an assist from Heffernan with 1:20 remaining in the opening frame followed by a Heffernan goal with 35 seconds to play to cut RPI's lead to 4-2.
- Trojan cut RPI's lead to 4-3 on her second goal of the game with 12:54 to play in the first half.
- Lila Kania scored to give RPI a 5-3 lead and Audrey Silverman scored with 8:59 remaining to extend the Engineer's lead to 6-3.
- Jones scored the first two goals of the third quarter, cutting RPI's lead to 6-5 on her goal with 10:56 remaining in the quarter.
- Houston scored to give RPI a 7-5 lead and Camille Stackhouse gave the Engineers an 8-5 lead on her goal with 7:43 remaining in the third.
- RIT ran off three straight goals. Trojan scored to cut RPI's lead to 8-6 followed by a goal from senior midfielder Grace Validzic to make it a one-goal game.
- Senior midfielder Eliza Barton tied the game 8-8 on her goal off an assist from Sodoma with 1:39 remaining in the third.
- Stackhouse scored early in the fourth quarter to give RPI a 9-8 lead.
- Trojan tied the game 9-9 on her fourth goal of the game.
- Heffernan scored a woman-up goal with 11:40 to play to give RIT a 10-9 lead and Sodoma scored a free-position goal with 4:17 remaining to make it an 11-9 final.
GAME NOTES:
- RIT outshot RPI, 33-20.
- The Tigers won 11-of-22 draws and were 16-of-19 on clears.
- RIT had 13 ground balls and caused eight turnovers.
